These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JetGuide's AI-powered type rating training platform, website, and associated services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts
§1 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using JetGuide you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is designed for:
  • Certificated pilots
  • Student pilots
  • Aviation training organizations
§2 — Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify JetGuide immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach at support@jetguide.com.
JetGuide is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions & Payment
Individual Monthly
$25/month per aircraft type as selected at checkout. Additional aircraft types may be added at the same per-type rate.
Individual Annual
$240/year per aircraft type. Save by committing to an annual plan with the same per-type flexibility.
Enterprise & Part 141/142
Training Center licenses are governed by a separate Order Form. Contact JetGuide for institutional pricing.
Billing Policies
  • All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated
  • JetGuide reserves the right to modify pricing upon 30 days' written notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
Currency & Refunds
All fees are billed in USD. Fees are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Acceptable Use
By accessing the JetGuide platform, you agree to the following usage restrictions. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
No Credential Sharing
Do not share your account credentials or provide access to unauthorized users under any circumstances.
No Content Redistribution
Do not reproduce, resell, or distribute JetGuide training content without explicit written authorization from JetGuide, Inc.
No Competing Products
Do not use the Service to develop competing products or services that replicate or substitute JetGuide's offerings.
No Reverse Engineering
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or training data from the platform.
No Malicious Content
Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any unlawful content through the Service.
No Misrepresentation
Do not misrepresent your certification status or training completion to a regulator or employer.

Intellectual Property
All content on the JetGuide platform is the exclusive property of JetGuide, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Training Materials
All written training content, study guides, and reference materials are proprietary and protected.
AI Coaching Feedback
AI-generated coaching responses, oral exam simulations, and SMS question content are exclusively owned by JetGuide.
System Schematics
Aircraft system diagrams, schematics, and visual training aids are protected intellectual property.
Software & Platform
The underlying software, algorithms, and platform architecture are proprietary to JetGuide, Inc.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service solely for your personal or organizational training purposes.

Important Aviation Disclaimer

⚠️ Critical Notice: JetGuide is an educational and training aid only. It is NOT a substitute for official FAA-approved training or regulatory compliance.
NOT a Replacement For
  • FAA-approved type rating training at a Part 141 or Part 142 training center
  • Instruction from a certified flight instructor (CFI) or check airman
  • Review of the POH, AFM, or approved training manuals
  • Compliance with any FAA regulation, ACS standard, or certificate requirement
Pilot Responsibility
Completion of JetGuide modules does not constitute completion of any FAA-required training, endorsement, or qualification.
Pilots are solely responsible for ensuring their training complies with all applicable FARs and their employer's operations specifications.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
§7 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JetGuide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill
JetGuide's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
§8 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. JetGuide expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Indemnification & Termination

Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JetGuide, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

JetGuide's Right to Terminate
JetGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Your training history data may be exported upon request within 30 days of termination.
§11 & §12
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
§11 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
§12 — Changes to Terms
JetGuide may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
